Step 1: Load source Apple ProRes files
Launch the ProRes Video Converter on your Mac, and you can either click "Add" button to import ProRes files, or directly drag and drop the files into this program.
Step 2: Select output format
From the drop-down list of "Format" > "Common Video", you can select H.264 MP4 as the output format. For converting ProRes to H.264 MOV, please select MOV- QuickTime Movie(*.mov) as output format. And then click Settings icon to set the video codec as H.264.
Step 3: Start ProRes conversion
