How to Convert Canon HG20 MTS to Mac iMovie, FCP, FCE Native Codecs

Step 1: Launch the Canon Vixia MTS Converter for Mac, and you may either click "Add" button to import .mts files, or directly drag and drop the files into this program.

Tip: If you want to join MTS clips together, click the "Merge into one file" function.

a. You can freely choose Final Cut Pro > Apple ProRes 422 (*.mov) for FCP.
