2, How can I get the free trial version of the software?

5, What is your refund policy?
Requesting refund with the reason “purchasing the wrong product” will not be approved with the refund, as a “try-before-you-buy” version is available on our website for you to decide which product will meet your requirements.
We recommend you explore the description about the products and download the trial version. Then choose to purchase the exact product with the right name.

6, I just ordered the product, but got an error stating that my order can not be processed at the moment and will be manually processed.
a. Invalid information entered. Please fill with valid details or re-order with the correct details.
b. Credit card was rejected. The card issuing bank has refused authorization for the payment. Please contact the bank & clear the payment.
c. The order is not processed because the card type is unknown.

7, Why I didn't receive the register code for several hours after my purchase?
Several possible reasons as below:

4.How to adjust bit rate, sample rate to meet my need?
It is easy to adjust bit rate and sample rate by clicking button Settings. Then you will see an interface which allows you to change the bit rate and sample rate.

5.Can I change the output file name?
Yes. Please find the column named "Destination File" on file list. Click the particular output name under the "Destination File" column, and then you can specify the output file name.

6.Where on my computer can I find the converted videos?
You just click the “Open” button after conversion and will find the converted video that you want.

7.The sound of the output file is too low, even if I drag to the right in the volume adjustment in the player. Can I set a larger volume??
You can select the file and then click the "Editor" button. Under the "Effect" tab, there is an option named "Volume". Drag the bar to a larger percentage. Click "OK" to save the settings. Then the output volume will be louder.

8.How to change an audio of the DVD movie with my favorite one?
It is very easy to handle. Clicking “Edit” button on the main interface, you can see “Audio Replace” option in the Edit widow, just check the “Audio Replace” option, to select your favorite audio track from your PC.

9.I would like to make a special movie effect that a movie includes another movie, something like that; can your product help me?
You must mean the “Picture-in-picture” effect. Fortunately our product can help you indeed. GIF image watermark or video watermark can create such an amazing effect. Clicking “Edit” button, you will see the “Image/Video Watermark” tab, click it and check “Enable” option, and then just import the GIF or video you would like to add to the movie.

10.I found my HD DVD movies have some vague and blurred pictures while playing; does your product have the function to revise them?
Many HD or standard definition videos have some interlaces and stripes on the video picture. For removing them, just check the “Deinterlacing” option and choose “Simple Gauss Blur” special effect under “Effect” tab of “Edit” panel.

1.How can I get the subtitle of the DVD which I want in the final output file?
Before you start ripping, please check the "Subtitle" box, which can be found on the main interface. It will show all the subtitles that your DVD has. You can select one of them you like for ripping.

2.How to crop and trim the DVD before I rip them?
Click the button Editor on the main interface, you can get a window to crop and trim the selected file. After you complete the crop and trim, you can save it by click the OK button.

3.Does the program work with Mac OS X Snow Leopard?
Yes. Brorsoft DVD Ripper for Mac series products supports Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Mac OS X Tiger.

4.How to adjust bit rate, sample rate to meet my special need?
Just click the button Settings, a pop up window will allow you to adjust all the parameters.

5.How to set a right aspect ratio for my iPod to playback my favorite DVD movies?
I recommend you use Brorsoft DVD Ripper or Brorsoft DVD to iPod Converter, you can choose and set the compatible aspect ratio for your iPod from those means as follow:
a. Select from the output format profile, you can select the suited aspect ratio for your iPod.
b. Under the Crop tab of the Edit window, you can enter into the right volumes or drag the dashed frame to set the aspect ratio for your iPod.

6.How to make my M2TS file smaller?
Our product can compress your big video size into smaller one. It is commonly considered that the related parameters (Bit rate, Sample rate, etc) higher the video quality will be better but the larger size, so you can click the “Settings” button to adjust the settings parameters. Reducing the parameters of Bit rate, Sample rate, etc, amazingly compress the big video size.

7.Can your products replace the audio track?
Clicking “Edit” button on the main interface, you can see “Audio Replace” option in the Edit widow, just check the “Audio Replace” option, to select your favorite audio track from your PC. Then, you can make your own MTV.

8.I would like to add some illustrations on the DVD movie, can I?
Yes. Our product provides you various watermarks editing, you can add a logo, comments on the movie, illustrations, even a GIF and another video as a watermark.

9.My DVD has a very quiet sound, how can I enlarge it?
Under the "Effect" tab of “Edit” panel, there is an option named "Volume". Drag the bar to a larger percentage. Click "OK" to save the settings. Then the output volume will be louder.
