Decode H.265 HEVC Files to WD TV for Smooth Playback

As most guys complained, it's not so easy to play H.265(HEVC) files on WD TV as we image. From the list of compatible media file types for WD TV, we can obviously see that H.265 codec is not supported. For this reason, there are a lot of people who have got some H.265 videos in hand wanna convert H.265 to H.264 or other common video codecs for playback on WD TV with ease. Convert H.265/HEVC to WD TV compatible format

Step 1: Once run the H.265 video converter, you can click "Add Video" button to load H.265 source files. Convert supports batch conversion, so you are allowed to add multiple files to convert at a time.

Step 2: Set output video format as H.264 MP4 or MPEG-4 under Format > Common Video.

Step 3: Before start H.265 decoding for WD TV, you can click the Settings icon and adjust the video bitrate, codec, frame rate, audio sample rate, etc parameters.

Note: WD TV currently can't support 4K files. If you have some 4K files, downscale the 4K to 1080p. And for Full HD videos, please set the frame rate as 24fps.
